Exchanges and Returns

Whenever you want to return or exchange a product, make sure your item complies with the rules below:

Deadlines:

- Total or Partial Return : up to 7 calendar days after receipt of the product;

- Exchange for another product or size: up to 30 days after receiving the product.

It is essential that the part is in the following conditions:

- We only approve the exchange/return of products with the label and bag ; otherwise, the cost of shipping back will be borne by the customer ;

- We only accept unwashed, unused products, products that have not been altered by the customer and are odor-free ;

- Products beyond the exchange period will not be accepted;

- Promotional, clearance and sale products can only be exchanged for models from the same session. We do not accept returns on clearance, sale or promotional products;

After receiving the product, we will have a period of up to 30 business days to analyze and refund the amount. The refund will be processed after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product.
